Conditions of travel lines Racic

  • The possession of a ticket by the passenger signifies agreement with the travel conditions and confirmation that the passenger has verified the information on their ticket.
  • Changes to the travel date and ticket cancellations must be requested in writing (via email, Viber, etc.) and are subject to compliance with the travel conditions.
  • The carrier reserves the right to change the seat indicated on the ticket without prior notice, in accordance with the price category, including for tickets purchased online. The selected seat number is guaranteed only if the additional reserved seat fee has been paid. In the event of a dispute between the passenger and the carrier, the rules published on the website www.racicbg.com shall apply.
  • The passenger is required to appear in person at the Racic office 30 minutes before departure for travel document verification, ticket registration, and baggage check-in. Failure to comply with this requirement voids the passenger’s claim to transportation, and the seat may be released for resale.
  • The travel conditions printed on the ticket represent a partial excerpt.
  • Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to travel without an adult companion.
  • Travel to the city of Berlin on Fridays involves a transfer in the city of Dresden
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Due to traffic jams, repair works, poor weather conditions, delays because of the border control, unpredictable vehicle malfunction, there may be deviations of the bus shedule. Such cases are the result of irressistable obstacles and the carrier cannot influence it. Also please pay attention to the fact that in such cases the carrier is not responsible for a passenger’s delay for the transfer with other vehicles
  1. GENERAL TRAVEL CONDITIONS: Bulgaria – Slovakia-Czech Republic – Germany – “SP Racic Co.” SD

    By purchasing a travel ticket, the passenger fully and unconditionally accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

    In case of controversial situations between the passenger and the company, the rules and regulations are applied.

    Passengers from Hannover, Halle, Leipzig, Brno and Bratislava should confirm their trip on the mobile phones in the busses. They could be found on the main page of the website. www.racicbg.com

    1.By issuing a personalized ticket, the company “SP-Racic S-ie” SD enters into a transport contract with the passenger and his/her personal baggage (1 suitcase – 60x40x80 cm, up to 30 kg and 1 carry-on bag – 40x20x30 cm, up to 5 kg) by bus along the specified route and assumes responsibility under Articles 42–48 of the Road Transport Act .  A second piece of luggage is transported only if there is available space on the bus and is subject to a fee of €5 / BGN 10. Possession of a ticket by the passenger fully and unconditionally accepts these General Terms and Conditions.and confirmation that the passenger has verified the details on the ticket.
    The carrier bears no responsibility for incorrect ticket information once the ticket has been accepted by the passenger.

    2. A round-trip ticket is valid for 1 year. The return date must be fixed at least 7 days in advance. If a round-trip ticket is used in one direction, the return/opposite direction cannot be canceled. 

    Ticket refunds are issued as follows:

    – The ticket could be returned up to 24 hours before departure with default of -5%.

    -Between 24 and 12 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee;

    -Less than 12 hours before departure: non-refundable, which applies also in cases of stolen or lost ticket.

    In cases of missed travel due to valid reasons, a refund of up to 30% of the ticket price may be granted as an exception, upon submission of relevant documents.

    If the ticket was paid via bank transfer, the refund will also be issued via bank transfer, and any bank charges will be deducted.
    If the ticket was paid online or by card, the refund will be made to the card used for payment within 14 days.  Rebooking is allowed once free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. A second and final rebooking is subject to a fee of BGN 20, payable at least one day before the trip.
    Rebooking between 24 and 2 hours before departure is possible for a fee of 50% of the ticket price, and the new travel date must be within 2 months. A rebooked ticket cannot be canceled, and the passenger has no right to claim a specific seat number or object to transfers. These conditions apply only to tickets purchased directly from the bus carrier.

    Name changes are possible for a fee of BGN 20.

    If a reservation is made directly with Racic, the passenger commits to paying for the ticket at the company’s offices or buses.
    If the passenger purchases another ticket for the same date through a sales agent, creating a duplicate reservation, a fee of €5 / BGN 9.78 will be charged to the passenger to cancel the unused reservation.

     

    3.Tickets are divided into price categories:

    Reserved seat ticket

    Discounted or surcharge tickets with modifiable seat numbers:

    Seats 5 to 12: higher price

    Seats 13 to 24: standard price

    Seats 25 to 49: discounted price

    Discounted seat prices are not guaranteed for tickets paid on the day of travel.
    For round-trip tickets, seats in the selected category are guaranteed in both directions only if the return date is fixed at the time of purchase.The carrier has the right to change the indicated seat number without prior notice within the respective category.Each passenger is entitled to only one discount.
    The passenger must request a valid ticket and baggage sticker, and all payments must be reflected on the ticket.
    Passengers eligible for discounts must provide valid proof.In case of fixed return ticket the seats categories are included in both ways. In case of return ticket with not fixed return date, there is no front seat saved for the return trip. The company keeps the right to change the seat within the category without announcement. In case of seat booking the fee of 10EUR/ 20BGN should be paid for each direction. Each passenger has the right to use discount once and has to be sure the paid amount corresponds to the price on the ticket.

    4.Travel from Germany, Czech Republic, and Slovakia is performed only with prior reservation at: +359 887 208 506, +359 885 616 830, +359 889 707 597.
    Intermediate stop times are approximate, and delays are possible.
    All times are in local time.

    GPS real-time bus tracking is available on the company’s website.
    In this regard, the carrier is not responsible for informing passengers by phone or SMS about deviations in the schedule.
    The company is not liable for delays, stop changes due to objective reasons, or missed connections with other transport services, and no compensation is due.
    If travel is canceled due to the carrier’s fault, only the unused portion of the route will be refunded. No further compensation will be provided. The carrier reserves the right to change the route during the trip to comply with legal requirements for driver work and rest periods. Departure from an intermediate stop should be confirmed at least 2 hours before on the mobile phones in the busses and the passenger is supposed to be informed about any following changes in the departure time. The company doesn’t have the responsibility to inform the passengers about changes in the time via call or text message.In case of changes in the time, because of objective reasons and failure to connection to other vehicles,, the company has no responsibilities and refunds are impossible. In case of canceled trip only the unused part of the route is paid back.

    5.Every passenger is insured during the trip. The company has no responsibilities for: life insurance, medical bills; passport, visa and customs problems; lost/stolen luggage before getting in the bus and after getting off the bus; The company is not responsible and does not owe compensation for theft, loss, damage to valuables, money, documents, equipment, etc., which are not allowed for transport in the luggage compartment. The passenger is personally responsible for storing hand baggage. The carrier does not carry unaccompanied shipments and does not deal with complaints in this respect in the case of unregulated employee agreements.The price of the ticket includes only passenger and baggage carriage to the location indicated on the ticket. All additional services provided during the trip, such as internet, multimedia, TV providing and more, are free of charge. The lack of some free services does not entitle the Passenger to claim reimbursement.

    6.The carrier has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if a passenger is aggressive, under influence of alcohol and/or other substances or the bus crew suspects that the travel documents are inadequate and may cause problems on customs. Smoking and use of alcohol on the bus are forbidden. The use of a seatbelt during the trip is a must and any fines that might occur are paid by the offender himself. The toilet facilities in the bus are used only by passengers with health problems and children. For security reasons, the keys for the toilet facilities are with the driver. There are regulated resting stops on certain places. Upon expiration of the pause, the bus leaves and the delayed passengers continue the journey independently without the right of compensation. Pet transportation is not allowed.

    1. Mit dieser Fahrkarte sichert die Firma Racic den Transport des Passagiers und seines Gepäcks (Koffer mit Grösse 60 x 40 x80cm, bis zu 30 kg und eine Handtasche)-5kg, mit Bus nach der angegebenen Marschroute. Für jeden zweiten Koffer – 5 EUR. Für jeden zweiten grösseren Koffer – 5 EUR
    2. Die Fahrkarte für die Fahrt hin und zurück ist gültig 12 Monate. Das Datum der Rückfahrt muss 7 Tage vor der Fahrt rückreserviert sein.
    3. Wenn der Passagier auf die Fahrt verzichtet, kann er die Fahrkarte spätestens 72St. vor der Abfahrt zurückgeben und muss eine Konventionalstrafe von 10 % vom Preis der Fahrkarte bezahlen, bei Verzicht zwischen 72 und 24St. vor der Abfahrt – Konventionalstrafe von 40 % vom Preis und bei Verzicht weniger als 24St. vor der Fahrt wird der Wert der Fahrkarte nicht rückerstattet. Das gilt auch für die Fälle, bei denen die Fahrkarte verloren oder gestohlen ist. Bei einer Fahrkarte hin und zurück wird das Geld für die Rückreise nicht erstattet, wenn der Passagier in die eine Richtung schon gefahren ist.
    4. Duplikat einer Fahrkarte wird ausgestellt gegen Bezahlung von 50% des Preises der Fahrkarte. Für die Reservierung eines Platzes bezahlt man zuzüglich. Man kann Lieblingstiere transportieren unter Einhalten der Anforderung des Gesetzes. Für sie bezahlt man halben vom Preis der Fahrkarte.
    5. Die Firma ist nicht verantwortlich für Pass-oder Zollprobleme, auch für die Versicherungsfälle “Leben” und “Krankenunkosten” des Passagiers.
    6. Verspätungen und Änderung der Haltestelle, wo der Bus ankommen muss, aus obejktiven Gründen und bei Nichtverwirklichung von Verbindung mit anderen Transportmitteln haftet die Firma nicht und sie ist nicht verpflichtet, jeden von den Abholern persönlich zu informieren.
    7. Wenn die Reise aufgrund eines Verschuldens von SP “Racic Co.” SD nicht realisiert wird, ist nur der Wert des nicht realisierten Teils der Reise erstattungsfähig. Wir schulden es nicht jede andere Entschädigung an die Passagiere in diesem Fall.
    8. Fa. SP Racic ist nicht verantwortlich, wenn Gepäck vom Bus vor dem Einsteigen oder nach Übergeben gestohlen wird..
    9. Die Transportfirma transportiert kein Gepäck ohne Begleiter.
    10. Das Rauchen und das Trinken von Alkohol ist streng verboten. Passagiere berauscht und unter dem Einfluss von illegalen Drogen      sind im Bus nicht erlaubt. Die Nutzung der Sicherheitsgurte im Bus während der Fahrt ist obligatorisch. Die auferlegten Strafen während der Fahrt werden persönlich vom Übertrerter gezahlt.
    11. Reklamationen werden in schriftlicher Form in einer 7-tägigen Frist angenommen. Um sie behandelt zu werden muss ihnen eine Kopie der Fahrkarte und des Gepäckaufklebers beigelegt werden. Die Transportfirma ist nicht verantwortlich für die Funktion der Anlagen im Bus, die sich auf den Fahrtkomfort beziehen und sie sind kein Objekt der Reklamation.
    12. Abfahrt von Bratislava, Brünn, Halle, Magdeburg und Hannover werden nach der Herstellung durchgeführt eine telefonische Reservierung in der Arbeitszeit von Racic Büros:

      Die Passagiere müssen ihre Reise 2 Stunden bestätigen im Voraus per Telefon an die Buscrew. Die Telefone auf dem Bus für die spezifischen Das Datum der Reise wird in den Nachrichten auf der Website bekannt gegeben www.racicbg.com/.
    13. Jeder Passagier hat das Recht, bis zu einem Rabatt.
    14. Eine Rückreservierung ist möglich 24 Stnden vor der Abfahrt, gegen 20BGN . Mit der vorliegender Fahrkarte schließt der Transporteur ein Vertrag ab für Fahrgastbeförderung und trägt seinen Verantwortungen nach der Bulgarische Gesätzgebung, art. 42 – 48 (№ 82/17.09.1999 und № 11/31.01.2002).
  • Complaints are accepted only in writing with a copy of the ticket, within 7 days from the date of travel. The response period is 30 days. For the functional condition of the facilities in the bus, related to the comfort of travel, (Wi-Fi, DVD, WC, USB, AC, etc.) the carrier does not bear guarantees and are not subject to complaints.
  • Reservations on the Racic line are made on the spot in Racic offices, by phone during business hours and by email and are active until the day before travel.
  • All customers who travel by Racic buses enjoy preferences and discounts when paying in advance directly at Racic offices, online, by bank transfer or by Izipey.
