The following luggage is included in the non-ticket price:

Hand luggage up to 5 kg. with dimensions in centimeters 30x40x20 or a total of 90 cm.
Checked luggage intended for transport in the luggage compartment of the bus up to 30 kg. with total dimensions (sum of dimensions) up to 180 cm or 80x60x40 cm.

– The passenger has the right to prepaid (paid upon purchase of the ticket) additional baggage (second baggage) intended for transportation in the luggage compartment of the bus up to 30 kg with dimensions 80x60x40 cm or a sum of the dimensions up to 180 cm, which is paid for at prices as follows:
10 euros when traveling up to 1500 km.;
15 euros for a trip of 1,501-3,000 km.;
20 euros for a trip over 3000 km.

– In the event that the Passenger chooses to pay for the additional luggage (second luggage) intended for transport in the luggage compartment of the bus up to 30 kg with dimensions 80x60x40 cm or the sum of the dimensions up to 180 cm per seat (with the driver) immediately before departure, the prices will change, as follows:
15 euros when traveling up to 1500 km.;
20 euros for a trip of 1,501-3,000 km.;
25 euros for a trip over 3000 km.

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations

The validity of a purchased round-trip ticket is 6/six/months, counted from the date of starting the journey in the first direction.

In case of reconfirmation, cancellations or refusal of travel on a one-way ticket, the following rules apply and the following fees are due from the Passenger:
– up to 7 days before the date of departure from the starting point – no fee for reconfirmation and cancellation.
– from 7 days to 48 hours before the departure date – no fee for reconfirmation, and for cancellation – a fee of 10% of the ticket value, which is deducted by the Carrier from the ticket value for refund.
– from 48 hours to 1 hour before departure – The passenger pays a fee of 10% of the ticket value in case of revalidation, and in case of cancellation – a fee of 30% of the ticket value, which is deducted by the Carrier from the ticket value for refund.
-Less than 1 hour before departure and up to 1 hour after departure – The Passenger pays a fee of 20% of the ticket value for revalidation, and for cancellation 50% of the ticket value is withheld by the Carrier.
-more than 1 hour after departure, the ticket is considered used and no refunds are issued to the Customer.
Each passenger is entitled to one recheck. A revalidated ticket cannot be canceled if it is not used and no refunds will be issued to the Customer.

*In case of reconfirmation, cancellations or refusal of travel on a round-trip ticket, the following rules apply and the following fees are due from the Passenger:
– Before the first direction of the ticket is used, the conditions for a one-way ticket apply. After using the first direction, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the start of the second journey, and the passenger is reimbursed up to 50% of the ticket value of the unused second direction, which value does not equal half of the total value of the round-trip ticket, but determined according to the price of the purchased ticket for the second direction on the date of travel.
-After using the first direction, revalidation is allowed for a two-way ticket, for which the conditions for revalidation of a one-way ticket apply and the Passenger is liable for the revalidation fees of a one-way ticket, calculated on the value of the ticket for the second direction, which value is not equals half of the total value of the round-trip ticket, and is determined according to the price of the purchased ticket on the date of travel.
-Each passenger has the right to one recheck. A revalidated ticket cannot be canceled if it is not used and no refunds will be issued to the Customer.
-Tickets without fixed travel dates are subject to verification. The verification is done according to the available free seats on the buses for the desired date. In case of lack of seats on the bus for the desired date, the Passenger must choose another date according to available seats. The carrier is not responsible in the event of a lack of free seats for the second direction and does not refund money in case of cancellation of a trip for such a reason.
-Passengers with open tickets, without an originally determined return date, who have not pre-confirmed (before the desired date of travel) their tickets for the date of travel for the second direction, may be accepted for carriage by exception subject to the availability of seats in the bus.
-Two-way tickets without a fixed return date are valid within 6 (six) months from the day of travel for the first direction.

The following luggage is included in the non-ticket price:

-1 suitcase up to 30 kg with dimensions of the suitcase 100/60/30 cm and one hand bag (board luggage).

BGN 10 is charged for the carriage of one additional piece of luggage, and BGN 20 for each additional piece of luggage, as long as there are no other tariffs during the travel period.

Additional luggage is transported only if capacity is available on the bus.

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

-for changes up to 72 hours before the start of the journey, a penalty of 20% of the total price of the ticket is deducted;

– within 72 or 24 hours before departure, 60% is deducted;

-within less than 24 hours – the total value of the ticket is not refunded, which also applies in cases of lost or stolen ticket.

Round-trip tickets are valid for 6 months. Tickets without fixed dates of travel are subject to certification at the offices of the carrier or its partners abroad. A one-time fee of BGN 5 is payable for fixing a date.

Confirmation of the date of travel is required, especially in cases of a longer period between the original booking and the date of the second direction (return).

Tickets without stamped return dates are accepted and processed only if seats are available on the bus

Additional baggage :

Taking additional luggage on the bus is subject to higher charges. Therefore, we recommend that you add/request it before the start of your journey, as early as possible, as luggage space in the vehicle is limited.

Seat availability and baggage fee varies by route, line, time and booking method.

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

In case of cancellation at least 30 days before departure – BGN 0 / a voucher is issued for subsequent use of the amount.

In case of cancellation between 14 and 29 days before departure – BGN 2 fee + issuance of a voucher voucher for the remaining amount

In case of cancellation between 3 and 13 days before departure, a BGN 10 fee + issuing a voucher for the remaining amount

–      In case of cancellation less than 3 days before departure, 14 BGN fee + issuance of a voucher for the remaining amount

Exceptions to the rules are possible depending on the carrier included in the Flixbus system – for more information from the office that issued the ticket.

Any additional luggage is charged. Additional luggage can only be taken if there is enough space in the luggage compartment of the bus.

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

-cancellation made up to 72 hours before departure, 10% of the ticket price is deducted;

– cancellation made after 72 hours. until 24h before departure, 50% of the ticket price is deducted;

In less than 24 hours – the amount is not refunded, which also applies to a lost or stolen ticket.

Round-trip tickets are valid for 180 days. Two-way tickets with an open return date are accepted exceptionally and subject to availability on the bus. If there are no free seats on the bus, the carrier is not responsible.

The following luggage is included in the non-ticket price:

-one suitcase and hand bag.

– additionally paid:

for the 2nd bag – BGN 10; for the 3rd bag – BGN 20; BGN 30 for each subsequent one.

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

– up to 72 hours – penalty 10%;

– between 72-24 hours – the penalty is 50%;

– less than 24 hours – the price of the ticket is not refunded, which also applies in case of a lost or stolen ticket.

Cancellations and refunds for the second direction of a round-trip ticket are not allowed.

– To reconfirm the date of travel, an additional fee of BGN 30 is payable.

Round-trip tickets are valid for 12 months. Tickets without fixed dates of travel are subject to confirmation 7 days before the date of travel. Tickets without return dates are accepted as an exception, subject to availability of seats on the bus.

The following luggage is included in the non-ticket price:

– Hand luggage – its weight must not exceed 5 kg. and its dimensions (length, width and height) should not be more than 50/30/15cm.

– Suitcase: The sum of its dimensions (length, width and height) must not exceed 160 cm

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

Change travel date:

– If the date of travel is changed, a fee is paid at a certain rate.

– Changing the travel date can be done up to 24 hours before the trip.

Penalties in case of cancellation (refusal of travel).

On the day of travel and thereafter, the ticket price is non-refundable.

Penalties for cancellation of one-way tickets.

– For more than 2 days before the day of departure, a 10% penalty is deducted from the ticket price.

– For less than 2 days before the day of departure, a 50% penalty is deducted from the ticket price.

Penalties for cancellation of round-trip tickets.

– Before the first direction has been used, the cancellation conditions for a one-way ticket are valid.

– After the first direction has been used, the difference between the price of the two-way and one-way ticket is refunded, as:

– If the return date is entered and more than 2 days before the day of departure, 10% of the difference in the price of the round-trip and one-way ticket is deducted.

– If the return date is applied and less than 2 days before the day of departure, 50% of the difference in the price of the round-trip and one-way ticket is deducted.

– If no return date is entered, 10% of the difference in the price of the two-way and one-way ticket is deducted.

Pets

Dogs

– Mandatory, regardless of the size of the dog, when boarding the bus, the owner must bring a muzzle and a leash. In the absence of such, the dog will not be allowed on the bus.

1.1. Big dogs

Their owner must pay a ticket for the dog worth 50% of the price of the main ticket for the respective destination.

1.2. Small dogs that take up a seat on the bus.

If the owner wants the dog to use the seat next to him, he must pay a ticket for the dog worth 50% of the price of the main ticket for the respective destination.

1.3. Small dogs that do not take up a seat on the bus.

Their owner must pay a ticket for the dog at a certain rate. “Does not occupy a seat on the bus” means: the dog sits with its owner so that it does not interfere with the passenger traveling next to it or travels in a cage or in a dog carrier to be placed under the owner’s seat .

Cats

Cats must be caged or in a cat carrier. Cats are not allowed on the bus unless caged or in a transport bag.

2.1. Cats taking up a seat on the bus.

If the owner wishes to use the seat next to him for the cage or transport bag with the cat, he must pay a ticket for the cat worth 50% of the price of the main ticket for the respective destination.

2.2. Cats that don’t take up a seat on the bus.

Their owner must pay a ticket for the cat at a certain rate. By “does not occupy a seat on the bus” is meant: the cage or carrier bag with the cat sits inside the owner or under the owner’s seat, so that it does not interfere with the passenger traveling next to it

The following luggage is included in the non-ticket price:

– 1 suitcase with a size not larger than 60x90x40 cm and a weight of up to 30 kg,

– 1 piece of hand luggage with dimensions no larger than 40x20x40 cm and weighing up to 7 kg.

Additional baggage may only be carried if available and charged separately at

the Carrier’s currently valid tariff

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

The departure date can be changed no later than 24 hours before the indicated trip, if there are free seats for the new date desired by the Passenger and against a ticket provided by him personally.

-If a two-way ticket is used in one direction, cancellation cannot be made for the second direction. In the event that the second direction is not used by the customer, he has no right to claim a refund.
– in case of travel cancellation made up to 24 hours before the travel date – 50% of the ticket value;
– in case of travel cancellation made less than 24 hours before the travel date, amounts are not refunded.

The following luggage is included in the non-ticket price:

– Hand luggage – dimensions 45 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm and weight 5 kg

Passenger luggage

Up to 3 pieces of luggage, the weight of each piece must not exceed 30 kg.

The volume is distributed as follows:

– For 1 (one) piece of luggage, the linear dimensions must not exceed 50*50*80 cm including wheels, pockets and handles.

-For 2 (two) pieces of luggage, the linear dimensions of each piece must not exceed 65*30*45 cm, including wheels, pockets and handles.

– For 3 (three) pieces of luggage, the linear dimensions must not exceed 20*55*60 cm

If there is a free seat in the bus, no more than 2 units of additional luggage can be carried per passenger. In the case of one unit of additional luggage, the linear size should not exceed 50*50*80 cm, for two units, the linear size of each unit should not exceed 40*50*50 cm. 65*30*45 cm, including wheels, pockets and handles.

-For each additional piece of luggage, the passenger pays in cash the sum of 30 EUR (up to 30 kg).

– For each piece of luggage, the parameters of which exceed the permissible dimensions specified, the passenger pays in cash the sum of 20 EUR

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

-A cancellation of a trip must be made no later than 1.5 hours before the departure of the bus./for cancellation contact the office or use the cancellation method written on the ticket /.

In case of untimely cancellation of a trip, compensation is not paid. By buying a round-trip ticket, the passenger has the right to cancel the entire trip (outbound and return) or from the opposite direction, cancellation of a one-way trip is impossible.

– In case of cancellation of a trip earlier than 24 hours before the departure of the bus, 70% of the cost of the trip is returned.

– In case of cancellation of a trip within the time period from 24 hours to 1.5 hours from the time of departure indicated in the ticket, 50% of the cost of the trip is returned.

– In case of cancellation of a trip later than 1.5 hours before the departure time specified in the ticket, and also after the departure of the bus, money for an unused trip is not returned.

The following luggage is included in the non-ticket price:

2 suitcases with a maximum weight of 20 kg. or maximum dimensions of 100/60/30 cm., as well as hand luggage of small dimensions.
Any additional baggage is charged at a certain rate; the additional luggage can be transported only if the capacity of the bus is available.

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

Date Change Penalty – There is a penalty in cases where the travel date of a round trip ticket with already fixed dates is changed. There are no refunds for already discounted tickets. Attention! Date changes can only be made at the ticket office where the ticket was purchased.
Any wish to change is accepted up to 48 hours before the trip and is charged -10 euros.
No fines are imposed up to 30 minutes after the ticket is issued; cancellation of the ticket is charged – 10 euros
When returning a ticket 48 hours before the start of the trip, 20% of the ticket value is deducted.
If a ticket is returned between 48 and 24 hours before departure, 50% of the ticket value will be deducted.

In case of a cancellation request in less than 24 hours – the total value of the ticket is not refunded, which is also valid in cases of lost or stolen ticket.

The following luggage is included in the non-ticket price:

1 suitcase and one and 1 small hand bag. Additional baggage is charged at 5 EURO per bag. The carriage of bulky objects is not permitted, as is the carriage of animals.

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

– if the trip is canceled up to 72 hours before the start of the trip, a penalty is deducted – 10% of the total price of the ticket

-if the trip is canceled between 72 and 24 hours before the time of departure, 50% is deducted, if the trip is canceled within less than 24 hours, the total value of the ticket is deducted, which is valid in case of a lost or stolen ticket .

A round-trip ticket is valid for 6 months. The date of validity of the ticket is considered from the date of issue of the ticket. A ticket without a fixed return date is subject to certification at the offices of the Carrier or its partners abroad. The verification must be done as soon as possible or 5 days before the date of travel. A ticket without a specified return date is accepted subject to availability of seats on the bus. The ticket price is the one in effect on the day of ticket issue.

The passenger’s personal baggage may consist of one suitcase and one carry-on bag.

Deadlines for revalidations and cancellations:

The traveler has the right to request that the date and/or time of travel on a purchased ticket be changed up to 12 hours before the day and time of travel specified in the ticket.

– The purchased ticket is subject to revalidation only once.

The two-way ticket is valid for up to one month from its purchase.

– Tickets without a fixed date and time of return must be confirmed one day before the day of travel, and this can be done at the ticket offices of the carrier or its partners.

– The confirmation is possible if there are free seats on the bus for the date and time desired by the traveler. In the case of non-fulfilled travel in only one direction of the round-trip ticket, its value or parts of it are not refunded.

– For cancellation from 36 hours to 12 hours before the journey from the relevant stop, the passenger owes a penalty in the amount of 20% of the ticket value.

– For cancellation of a ticket less than 12 hours before departure from the relevant stop and in case the passenger does not take the trip for reasons not related to the carrier’s failure to fulfill its obligations, the price of the ticket is not refunded.
