Thank you, that you trusted the company Racic. Your loyalty to us gives you the opportunity to take advantage of our program “Travel More”.

How it works:

Each purchased ticket brings you points that are accumulated in an individual customer card. When you accumulate a certain number of points, you can use them to purchase a bonus ticket at a price of BGN 9.98./passenger seat insurance/

A customer card is issued free of charge: from a physical office of the company Racic or by filling out the request form on the website www.racic.bg, /here/

 after creating an online profile.

The card number is identical to the telephone number entered during your first registration, as well as to the entered name. You cannot use the collected points without a card number, as well as if the number and name do not match. The collected points cannot be transferred to another card or name. Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Membership in the “Travel More” program starts from the date of registration. In order to accumulate bonus points when buying a ticket online, the customer needs to be entered in his profile, and when buying at the offices of the company Racic, only after previously providing the number of the customer card.

Credited bonus points are stored on the customer card for 12 (twelve) months from the date of their crediting.
If the Customer does not use the bonus points within the specified period for any reason, unused points become void.

You collect points with every purchased ticket.

Depending on the travel destination, you accumulate a certain number of points, which you can use to purchase a bonus ticket at a price of BGN 9.98.

The passenger himself monitors the number of points collected: in the fiscal receipt, electronic ticket or in his profile on the site.

– Ticket to Slovakia and the Czech Republic = 15 points.

105 points entitle you to a one-way bonus ticket to Slovakia or the Czech Republic with a reserved seat for price of BGN 9.98.

– Ticket to Germany = 20 points.

120 points entitle you to a one-way bonus ticket to Germany with a reserved seat for price of BGN 9.98.

A ticket purchased on the bus driver does not carry bonus points.

Tickets carrying bonus points and bonus tickets can only be purchased in advance at the offices of the company Racic and through your personal account on the website www.racic.bg

Bonus tickets are not subject to cancellation, revalidation and name change. The program “Travel More” does not apply to persons below 13 years of age.

Company Racic reserves the right to update the terms of the program without warning.
